The platform includes an AI-powered notetaker that transcribes and summarizes review conversations, career mapping tools, and succession planning features. Appraisd integrates with BambooHR, PeopleHR, Workday, Oracle, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI through a REST API. Every customer receives a dedicated Customer Success Manager. Pricing follows a cumulative model: the minimum annual fee is 3,600 pounds for the first 50 employees, then 6 pounds per employee per month for 50 to 100 employees, decreasing to 3 pounds per employee per month above 200.
