About From Europe, With Love
Building the reference directory of European digital tools
Our Mission
Europe builds great software. The problem is that most of it stays invisible. European teams struggle to reach buyers outside their home market, and buyers struggle to find European alternatives to the tools they already use.
From Europe, With Love exists to fix both sides. For buyers, it’s the easiest way to find verified European SaaS, AI and hosting tools. For European vendors, it’s a distribution channel that helps them get discovered across Europe and beyond.
Every tool listed here means one more European company that can compete internationally, hire locally, and pay taxes locally. That’s the whole point.
Why European Tools?
Your money stays in Europe
Every euro spent on European software funds local R&D, local jobs, and local tax revenue. The cumulative effect builds a stronger tech ecosystem for everyone here.
Reduce vendor lock-in risk
When your critical tools all come from one region, you inherit its regulations, pricing decisions, and outage risks. Adding European providers to your stack gives you options.
Built for European compliance
GDPR, data residency, DPA requirements. European tools are more likely to support these natively, not as a paid add-on or a regional workaround.
More competition, better tools
A healthy European market pushes all vendors to do better, not just European ones. More alternatives means better pricing, better features, and more leverage when you negotiate.
Three verticals, 500+ tools
SaaS
CRM, collaboration, marketing, finance, HR, security and more. Business software made by European companies.
AI & Agents
LLMs, AI assistants, and agent platforms built by European teams. Real alternatives for companies that care where their data is processed.
Hosting
Cloud providers, bare metal, object storage, and infrastructure platforms. All operated by European-headquartered companies.
Inclusion criteria
Our scope covers the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK).
- 1The company’s headquarters must be located in the EU or the UK.
- 2If the company is owned by a parent company, that parent must also be headquartered in the EU or the UK.
- 3For the “EU hosted” label: the primary hosting infrastructure must be operated by a provider headquartered in the EU or UK. A server located in Europe but run by a non-European company does not qualify.
- 4We may remove listings that do not meet these criteria upon review.

Labels
The company is majority-owned by individuals or entities headquartered in the EU or the UK. This is a structural ownership criterion, not a cultural or branding one.
The product’s primary infrastructure runs on a European-headquartered provider like OVHcloud, Ionos, or Hetzner. This can limit your exposure to the US Cloud Act. "Servers in Europe" alone doesn’t qualify — the operator itself must be European.
Who’s behind this

I’m Pierre-Emmanuel de Solages. I’ve spent years in strategy and growth roles at European tech companies that scaled to unicorn and centaur status. I’ve seen firsthand how tooling decisions get made, how vendor lock-in creeps in, and how hard it is for great European products to get on the radar of buyers, even two countries away.
From Europe, With Love is my way of helping fix that. A directory where buyers find verified European alternatives, and where European vendors get the visibility they deserve beyond their home market. Every listing checked against public criteria. Community-driven. Free.
Call it my small contribution to making European tech impossible to ignore.
