The product takes a card-first approach: employees receive Visa cards (physical, virtual, or single-use), and each transaction automatically generates a pre-filled expense entry with amount, date, VAT, merchant category, and receipt. Mooncard reports that 97% of receipts are retrieved within 24 hours. Finance teams configure spending rules across more than 60 parameters per card, including daily limits, merchant restrictions, and usage schedules. The company serves over 6,000 businesses and 500 public entities, including several French government departments. Mooncard also offers a dedicated Mobility card for fuel, tolls, parking, and electric vehicle charging across Europe.
