Moneybird handles invoicing, purchase invoice management, receipt scanning, bank reconciliation, and VAT return filing directly with the Dutch Belastingdienst (tax authority). It connects to over 1,700 European banks through Ponto and supports online payments via iDEAL, SEPA, Bancontact, and credit cards. The platform also offers Peppol e-invoicing, time tracking, and a business debit card (virtual and physical). A free plan is available for users who send three or fewer invoices per month. Paid plans start at €15 per month, with all features included and varying transaction limits. The interface is available in Dutch, with an English version of the marketing site. Moneybird provides free access for accountants working on client accounts. A 60-day free trial covers all paid features.
