Signaturit Group is a Spanish digital trust services company founded in 2013 and headquartered in Barcelona. The group operates through several acquired entities: Signaturit and Ivnosys (e-signatures and digital certificates, Spain), Universign (e-signatures and timestamping, France), Vialink (identity verification and KYC, France), and Validated ID (digital identity wallets, Spain), together forming four Qualified Trust Service Providers under the European eIDAS regulation. Their services cover electronic signatures at simple, advanced, and qualified levels, electronic seals, qualified timestamps, and certified electronic delivery. The group reports approximately 245,000 customers in over 40 countries, including 80% of Spain's IBEX 35 companies, processes over 300 million electronic signatures per year, and recorded revenue of €40 million in 2023, with all data stored in the European Union on AWS infrastructure. The majority shareholder since 2020 has been PSG Equity, a US-based growth equity firm. In mid-2025, Signaturit entered exclusive negotiations to merge with Namirial, an Italian digital trust company backed by Bain Capital, with the merger pending regulatory approval as of early 2026.
