Product overview
Zenkit is a modular productivity suite developed by Axonic GmbH, based in Karlsruhe, Germany. The parent company was founded in 2003 by Martin Welker, with the Zenkit product line launching in 2016. Zenkit Projects, the dedicated project management module, offers Gantt charts, kanban boards, calendar and hierarchy views, resource planning, and custom reporting with over 720 configuration options. It supports agile, Scrum, kanban, and waterfall methodologies. The broader Zenkit suite also includes Zenkit Base (a flexible database and workspace), Zenchat (team messaging), Zenforms (form builder), Hypernotes (knowledge management), and To Do (personal task lists). These modules connect to each other, letting teams build a workspace tailored to their specific needs. A free Personal plan covers up to three projects and three collaborators. Paid plans start at $9 per user per month and scale to enterprise tiers. All data is stored on servers in Germany, and the platform is GDPR-compliant with EU-based support. Zenkit offers one-click migration from Trello, Asana, and Microsoft To Do, and integrates with over 1,500 tools through Zapier. The platform is available in more than 11 languages.
