Tresorit provides end-to-end encrypted cloud storage and file sharing for businesses in regulated industries. Every file is encrypted on the user's device using AES-256 before upload, with RSA-4096 key exchange, and Tresorit holds no decryption keys. The zero-knowledge architecture means that neither Tresorit nor its infrastructure providers can read stored files. Founded in 2011 by three Hungarian university students, Tresorit was acquired by Swiss Post in July 2021 and now operates as an independent subsidiary of the Swiss postal service.
