Link11 GmbH is a German-founded web application and API protection (WAAP) provider that has consolidated three acquired brands into a unified platform covering DDoS mitigation, WAF, bot management, and API security. The company operates its own network infrastructure (AS34309) with 42+ PoPs, 13 scrubbing centers, and two Security Operations Centers in Germany and Canada. Link11 peers at 9+ major internet exchanges including DE-CIX Frankfurt, AMS-IX, LINX, and SwissIX. Founded by Jens-Philipp Jung (CEO) and Karsten Desler (CTO), Link11 received a €26.5 million investment from European private equity firm Pride Capital Partners at the end of 2023. The company then acquired Israeli WAAP specialist Reblaze Technologies in January 2024, following its 2021 acquisition of Canadian DDoS provider DOSarrest. By May 2025, all three brands were unified into the Link11 WAAP platform. Link11 holds patented AI-based DDoS defense technology (German Patent) and offers guaranteed SLA protection bandwidths up to 1 Tbps. The company carries ISO 27001 certification and is BSI-qualified for DDoS protection of critical infrastructure. Link11 features an attack flat rate pricing model that ensures predictable costs regardless of attack frequency. Frost and Sullivan has recognized it for the fastest mitigation in the industry.
