Cleura, formerly City Network, is a Swedish cloud provider that has operated OpenStack-based infrastructure for over two decades. The company runs its own hardware in Tier 3 certified data centers across Sweden and Germany, with three availability zones per region. Cleura is part of Iver, a leading Nordic IT services company. The platform offers two main service lines: a general public cloud built on OpenStack and a Compliant Cloud designed specifically for regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, and government. Products include VMs, block storage, Swift-compatible object storage, networking, managed Kubernetes (based on Gardener), and consulting services. GPU instances are currently in beta. Cleura holds an unusually comprehensive set of ISO certifications: ISO 27001:2022, ISO 27010, ISO 27013, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001. The company is an active participant in the Gaia-X Structura-X project and contributes to Gaia-X Hub Sweden. It is an OpenInfra Foundation Gold member. Pricing follows a pay-as-you-go model billed in euros, with resources monitored per second and calculated hourly. A β¬50 trial voucher is available for new accounts.
