Instead of placing a bot in the meeting or capturing media files, Bliro uses a local audio driver on the user's device to generate transcripts, which are then processed into summaries and CRM updates. No audio data is stored, and no bot is visible to other participants. This makes Bliro particularly relevant for companies in regulated industries or those with strict data privacy requirements. The tool works across video meetings (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet), VoIP calls, and in-person conversations. Founded in 2022 by Martin Thoma and Maurice Schweitzer, Bliro has raised 2.8 million euros in seed funding from LEA Partners, 468 Capital, and Rockstart. Customers include Immoscout24, Zenjob, and Telefonica Germany. All user data is stored on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Pricing is available on request through a demo-based sales process.
